Product-market fit for enterprise-grade digital products is difficult to find as it’s difficult to validate the product-market fit assumptions with the techniques used in B2C and mass B2B products. Many user personas, not easily accessible for interviews, many stakeholders for the buying decision. As a result: - Cold start for such products can take long enough for the startup / initiative to fail. - But Certain approaches can help mitigate the risk and successfully live through the cold start.
